Delivery Times

Excluding the Force Majeure reasons, Kuryenet visits the delivery point minimum two times in 15 days, first visit being in the first two work days. Second visits can be made by appointment when the customer is contacted. If the delivery could not be completed in this period, goods are returned.

  • ID is not shown/ missing documents / illiterate
  • Deceased
  • Correct address but person missing
  • Name – Surname wrong
  • In the Military service
  • Out of Country / Holiday
